We Are IAWEA

IAWEA is an organization for leading Indian American Women Entrepreneurs of the United States.

Founded in 2019, to support and promote entrepreneurship amongst Indian American women, the organization has seen a rapid growth over the last 7 years. Today, we boast of over 450 members.

Our philosophy is, women power to empower. IAWEA has been conducting training, educational seminars, networking events and more, to support the growth and development of small businesses.

We are a resource based organization providing referrals and advisory support to our members in multiple areas of entrepreneurship.

Growth and Development

Networking leads to building relationships and these lead to referrals and revenue growth.

Commercial Loans

We work with a number of institutions to facilitate loans for women owned small businesses.

Collaboration

Members collaborate for synergies and expansion.

Continuing Education

Every quarter an in-person or a virtual event is provided for continuing education.

Mentoring

Through SCORE New Jersey, we provide one-on-one mentoring to all our members at no additional cost.

Advisory Support

IAWEA provides legal and accounting advisory support to members.
